Role Overview:
We’re seeking an HR professional with 3-5 years of experience who can manage HR operations efficiently, ensure proper documentation, and foster a supportive work environment. Your role will involve handling employee relations, conflict resolution, performance evaluations, and team meetings to enhance productivity and team cohesion.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Documentation & Compliance:Maintain and update HR policies, employment agreements, and company handbooks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and remote work best practices.
- Manage employee records, onboarding documentation, and performance review processes.
Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution:Address employee concerns with a structured and solutions-driven approach.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate workplace issues as needed.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies across the company.
Employee Engagement & Meetings:Organize and lead monthly team meetings to promote alignment and engagement.
- Conduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to discuss challenges and career growth.
- Foster a positive work environment through employee recognition and engagement initiatives.
Operational & Strategic HR Support:Support management in performance evaluations and career development planning.
- Assist with recruitment efforts, ensuring a smooth hiring and onboarding process.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve internal HR processes and workflows.
Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR documentation, policies, and compliance for remote teams.
- Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and team engagement.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining HR records.
