Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with a strong focus on video content and email marketing integration. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the health and wellness and ecommerce industries and possess a keen eye for detail in both video editing and digital campaign execution. You will collaborate with our marketing team to craft engaging visual content and ensure brand consistency across all platforms, driving audience engagement and conversions. Responsibilities:

• Video Content Creation: Edit and optimize video content tailored for each social media platform to ensure high-quality output and maximum audience engagement.
• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and maintain consistent brand messaging.
• Content Repurposing: Repurpose existing video assets for different platforms and formats, including both short-form and long-form content.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and algorithm changes to ensure content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
• Email Campaign Integration: Use Klaviyo to create email marketing campaigns, including integrations for post-purchase, cart abandonment, purchase history, and more.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure that social media content aligns with email marketing strategies and adheres to brand guidelines.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
• Enhancements & Effects: Add animations, captions, transitions, and effects to enhance video quality and engagement.
• Asset Management: Maintain a library of video assets and adhere to best practices for file management and organization.
• Content Calendar Management: Oversee social media content calendars and assist with graphic design tasks for social media posts.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, especially in the health and wellness and ecommerce industries.
• Really solid copywriting skills.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their formats, and best practices for video content.
• Ability to create visually appealing and attention-grabbing edits that drive engagement and conversions.
• Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure video performance.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work with health, wellness, and non-toxic ecommerce brands.
