Mid-Level Illustrator (Remote) in SERBIA

On behalf of our client, a leading AI-powered platform specializing in visual content, we are seeking a Mid-Level Illustrator to join their team.

In this role, you will contribute to AI training by generating high-quality visual content through a structured, simulated workflow. You will take on both the task creator and executor roles, simulating real-world illustration projects by formulating structured briefs and executing them to deliver polished, professional-quality images.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop business-driven illustration scenarios, simulating a client requesting specific artwork.
• Create structured creative briefs that define the project's goal, expectations, and key visual elements.
• Incorporate reference images to guide the style, tone, and aesthetic of the illustrations.
• Write multi-turn conversations between a client (task giver) and an illustrator (task receiver), ensuring an iterative workflow.
• Execute high-quality, commercial-level illustrations that align with the defined brief and industry standards.
• Produce final output images that are polished, market-ready, and meet AI training requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience as an Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Lightroom, and other relevant design tools.
• Strong ability to conceptualize, structure, and execute creative tasks independently.
• Excellent written communication skills in English to articulate and refine project briefs.
• Strong organizational skills to handle high-volume editing while maintaining quality.
