Job Overview
The Senior Associate will support the Executive Director in raising the profile of WBCSD and the impact of our work in Asia Pacific through strengthened member and prospect engagement, strategic communications, and targeted events.
In this role, the Senior Associate will gain exposure to a large community of high level profiles within some of APAC largest companies, across multiple sectors.
The Senior Associate will play a critical role in planning, coordination and execution role for all member facing engagement, mapping member needs with WBCSD programs, to deliver our content and amplify our impact regionally. Working in collaboration with WBCSD Program teams, the Senior Associate will gain a good understanding of the most pressing sustainability challenges within APAC business community. The role will be reporting to the Executive Director, Asia Pacific.
Main Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated individual, able to build communities, organize events, coordinate engagement plans, to help accelerate business and systems transformation in the region.
Qualifications, skills and experience
The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience and not more than 10 years of experience working in a business development or sales & marketing related role
The position is permanent and is based in Singapore and may require international travel. Candidates should be of Singaporean citizenship or authorized to work in Singapore.
