About The Role
Our client in Portugal (Porto), a leading banking institution in the Investment sector, is seeking Application Servers N3/N4 Experts ( such as Jboss, Tomcat, Websphere, IIS, etc) who are fluent in French to join their team.
As an Application Servers N3/N4 Expert, you will be responsible for providing incident response and technical support for the implementation and maintenance of application server environments.
Job Description
Our client is dedicated to Infrastructures, End-User Environment, Security, and Production. As an Administrator Application Servers N3/N4 Expert, you will be part of the Application Servers Team, supporting the daily activities of approximately 100 Applicative Production Teams.
Your main goal will be to deliver industrial application servers through transversal MyCloud offers and tools, providing expert-level support.
You will mainly serve Applicative Production teams and collaborate with developers.
Your responsibilities will include resolving N3/N4 incidents and problems, contributing to requirements collection and specifications, performing technical analysis and detailed studies, developing test sets and identifying/addressing malfunctions, developing and testing software components, providing maintenance, and coordinating stakeholders when necessary.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience and possess the following qualifications and skills:
High knowledge of application server tools such as JBoss, Tomcat, WebSphere, IHS, Apache, Nginx, IIS, ARR, and Datagrid
Expected technical knowledge in Containers (Openshift), network architectures & protocols, Ansible, Ansible Tower, Java, Python
Good knowledge of XLD/XLR, Agents AppDynamics, Zabbix, ELK
Experience with on-call duty and availability to do guard duty (one every month approximately).
Willingness to travel to France as required.
Soft Skills:
Good level of English (minimum B2) and French (minimum B2)
Ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment
Willingness to learn and develop
Good communication and synthesis skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
