For this position, unfortunately we do not provide relocation, therefore we are looking for candidates living in The Netherlands.


What you do:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert with a clear vision on the power of data and AI for our Public&Society team and projects
  • (Support) Business development: build and maintain client relationship, finding business opportunities, and writing new business propositions
  • Lead projects to ensure projects are executed successfully at high quality and in a timely manner, guide more junior colleagues in your project
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals with whom you are building a fast-growing company
  • Work with clients on developing, implementing and monitoring Data and AI solutions
  • Be a brand ambassador by embracing our company values of comprehensiveness and pragmatics


What you bring:

  • 5-10 years of working experience in the Public sector in a technical data role, such as data engineer, data scientist, or data architect (previous experience Consultancy is a big plus)
  • A data-minded qualitative MSc (e.g., Econometrics, Psychology, Physics, Data Science, Sociology, Anthropology, Ethnology, Techno-anthropology, Political Science) with great academic history
  • Vision on the future of Data & AI in the public domain and the drive to realise that vision
  • A good network at Dutch public sector organisations (central government is a plus)
  • Excellent English and Dutch language skills (minimum Full Professional)
  • Intrinsic motivation for continuous learning
  • You are a self-starter who is ambitious, doesn’t give up easily and aim to deliver the highest quality, always
  • You have a strong ethical framework and a strong sense of responsibility, accountability, ownership and helping others
  • Residency in The Netherlands (we do provide visa sponsorships)
