We are a product IT company MR Lab. We are developing systems to monitor mining farms. Working directly with international clients.
We are looking for a Junior NOC Engineer to join our team.
The NOC team manages the design and implementation of new systems and is the escalation point for complex technical problems.
It is fully remote position.
Requirements:
Understanding the principles of computer networks, knowledge of basic network protocols
Understanding the principles of DNS, DHCP, Proxy services
Experience in installing and administering Linux OS
Experience in backing up, saving and deploying data and services
Experience in building and administering local networks, knowledge of routing principles, switching, VLAN, VPN, NAT, Wi-Fi, etc.
Knowledge of monitoring principles and optimization of work, methods and tools for log analysis
Configuring and maintaining Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus monitoring systems
Will be a plus:
Experience in administering Linux servers (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS)
Experience in administering web servers: Nginx, web log analysis, reverse proxy servers, haproxy, TLS certificates
Experience with Mikrotik network equipment (RouterOS)
Experience with configuration management systems (Ansible, Puppet)
Virtualization solutions: ProxmoxVE, VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, Docker.
Knowledge of English at the level of confident reading of technical documentation
Responsibilities:
Monitoring the performance of network infrastructure
Interaction with employees of related departments to solve various network problems
Analysis of network interactions using IDS solution
Implementation of new solutions for monitoring network and server infrastructure
Maintaining technical documentation
Participation in research of new tools and processes of the system administration department
Team composition: 5 NOC, 1 PM, 1 DevOps
The team works in GMT+2 time zone. Schedule - 2/2 from 8:00 to 20:00
