ABOUT THE ROLEThe Social Media Executive/Senior Executive role at Elfie involves crafting engaging content and building influencer relationships to promote a free app that rewards users for monitoring their health. This position is key to expanding Elfie's reach and impact in the digital health space. The role requires a creative individual with a passion for social media, content creation, and collaboration, to help Elfie achieve its mission of improving global health outcomes
WHAT WE OFFER
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive global social media content plan across multiple platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube)
Create engaging, high-quality content that aligns with Elfie’s brand identity and business objectives.
Identify, source, and build strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to amplify Elfie’s reach, engagement and performance.
Lead communication and collaboration with influencers, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and high quality content.
Support new initiatives, including scaling Elfie’s affiliate marketing program.
Monitor social media trends, engagement metrics, and industry developments to optimize content and campaign performance.
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
2-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
Experience in influencer outreach, negotiation, and partnership management.
Knowledge of affiliate marketing programs and strategies is a plus.
Keen attention to detail and flair for creating great content
Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)
Self starter, with excellent communication and project management skills.
