Web3 Sales Representative in ROMANIA

Our product team focuses on FinTech, Blockchain, and AI development. As part of our mission, we’re expanding Beeezo β€” a modern quest platform for crypto brands β€” aimed at helping Web3 businesses grow their communities and drive customer engagement. We’re looking for an experienced Web3 Sales Representative who can independently own the business side of our product, from closing deals and building partnerships to strategizing market expansion.


πŸ™Œ Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in Web3 / blockchain.
  • Proven track record in closing deals and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities; able to handle complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiarity with blockchain networks (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon) and CRM/data analytics tools is a plus.
  • You are proactive and self-driven, able to propose new initiatives and see them through without micromanagement.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Design) and working in an agile environment.

  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, Web3 ecosystems (DeFi, NFTs, DAOs), and community engagement best practices.
  • Experience with NFT technologies and SocialFi or Gamification concepts.
  • Knowledge of smart contracts, DAO governance, or metaverse solutions.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Negotiation: Drive revenue through B2B channels by creating and closing partnership deals.
  • Partnerships: Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the blockchain ecosystem.
  • Market Research: Identify new opportunities in the Web3 space, including DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and metaverse solutions.
  • Education & Advocacy: Act as an ambassador for our company at industry events, webinars, and meetups, advocating for blockchain and Web3 solutions.
  • Community Engagement: Collaborate with marketing teams to build brand visibility and foster a robust Web3 community.
