With major brand partnerships already in place, we’re looking for a lead developer to lead the technical vision and execution of our metaverse projects.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a lead developer with deep expertise in Unreal Engine 5 (or similar software) for building immersive digital worlds. This role will focus on developing high-quality metaverse content and scalable virtual experiences. The ideal candidate will also have blockchain expertise, as we integrate web3 technologies into our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Metaverse Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of immersive digital experiences using Unreal Engine 5 and other relevant tools.
• Technical Strategy: Define and execute the technology roadmap for world-building, game mechanics, and user interaction in metaverse environments.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor developers, artists, and engineers working on metaverse projects.
• Performance Optimization: Ensure high-performance rendering, physics simulations, and seamless multiplayer experiences.
• Blockchain Integration: Implement web3 elements such as NFTs, smart contracts, and decentralized identity into virtual worlds.
• Cross-Platform Scalability: Develop solutions that work across VR, AR, PC, and mobile platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with creative, business, and product teams to align development with client needs and market demands.
• Emerging Tech R&D: Stay updated on advancements in AI, real-time graphics, and web3, incorporating cutting-edge technology into our metaverse projects.
Required Expertise:
Metaverse & Unreal Engine 5 Development:
• Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) – including Nanite, Lumen, and MetaHuman technologies
• Blueprints & C++ programming for interactive gameplay mechanics
• 3D asset pipelines – experience with tools like Blender, Maya, ZBrush
• Physics & animation systems – Chaos physics, Control Rig, and motion capture integration
• Multiplayer & networking – implementing EOS (Epic Online Services), Pixel Streaming, or similar solutions
• Optimization & performance tuning for high-fidelity environments
Blockchain & Web3 (Nice to Have):
• Smart contracts – Solidity, Rust, or similar languages
• NFTs & digital assets – integrating blockchain-based ownership in metaverse environments
• Decentralized identity – Web3 authentication protocols
• Layer 2 scaling solutions – Ethereum, Polygon, or other blockchain networks
