As part of our Business Administration Department, you are driving our HR Information Systems roadmap to develop industry-leading HR capabilities. MYPORT based on Oracle HCM SaaS solution is one of the top IT transformation pillars and a central driver of HR business transformation. By continuing the rollout of MYPORT to all other regions you will enable HR process standardization globally and simplification and lay the foundation for more automation and improved employee experience. You will be responsible to manage the operation of MYPORT, our Cornerstone based Learning environment and all other HR systems under your scope and grow the capability of associated products over their respective life cycles. This includes budget and people leadership responsibility to maintain stable services and the same time rationalization of the landscape and cost optimization e.g. transforming from a best in breed to a platform centric approach. You will be the focal point of contact for the HR business partners as well as Academy colleagues to establish and execute the IT strategy for HR and you will be managing Hapag-Lloyd’s engagement with external platforms and partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaboration products to mature the digital employee experience and further improve hybrid work from technical point of view, including our SharePoint based intranet, the HUB and the adoption of our Microsoft based collaboration tools such as Teams and establish an M365 based citizen develop environment using selected tools of the Power Platform. Furthermore, you will drive the piloting and potential implementation of M365 Copilot AI solutions forward.
- Oversee the global rollout of MYPORT Oracle HCM across all regions
- Establish and stabilize a sustainable operating model for MYPORT
- Manage the backlog of HR value drivers within MYPORT
- Develop and execute Hapag-Lloyd’s HR systems strategy, aligned with HR needs and the IT transformationroadmap
- Create and implement an adoption strategy for Microsoft collaboration tools, including SharePoint, Teams,Power Platform, CoPilot, etc.
- Maintain and optimize Microsoft platforms to ensure continued effectiveness
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Digital Employee Experience strategy
- Continuously develop and run our Learn&Development technology including Cornerstone on Demand asglobal LMS
- Run and continuously develop Camunda Workflow Platform
- Lead HR and collaboration IT team members across all IT locations
- Manage the HR and collaboration information systems, including operational, change, and candidatebudgets
- Cultivate and manage relationships with central technology partners
Qualifications - Over 5 years of leadership experience, effectively managing international teams, delivering targeted trainingand development, and fostering a motivating and supportive work environment
- More than 10 years of experience in IT and leading projects with a strong emphasis on stakeholdermanagement
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Cluster Owner, or Manager
- Over 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft System Landscape and/ or cutting-edge HR platforms (Oracle preferred)
- Proven track record with agile working methodologies and team collaboration
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical mindset coupled with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience in contract negotiations and managing vendor relationships
