We are looking for a skilled SQL Database Administrator (DBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS SQL and data engineering solutions. As an SQL DBA, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our data systems.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable solutions using the MS SQL platform.
Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines in MS SQL to ensure smooth data flow and management.
Ensure data pipelines are scalable, reliable, and capable of handling large-scale data operations.
Design and implement data warehouse solutions using MS SQL to meet business requirements.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of data pipelines to ensure operational efficiency.
Implement data documentation standards, ensuring compliance with privacy and security best practices.
Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining security throughout data processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in MS SQL and SQL Server database management.
Experience designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines.
Strong knowledge of data warehouse design and implementation using MS SQL.
Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting data pipeline performance issues.
Strong understanding of data privacy, security practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good To Have
Knowledge of other database platforms such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
Experience with cloud-based data solutions such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
