Pricing Manager - Insurance (Middle East)

I am working with a leading General Insurer in the Middle East seeking a Pricing Manager to join their Street Pricing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong insurance background, excellent modeling skills, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and monitor street pricing models using EMBLEM or other relevant software.

- Analyse and present pricing reports to extract key market insights.

- Recommend pricing adjustments to optimise both revenue growth and profitability.

- Collaborate closely with Underwriting, Product, Sales, Actuarial, and Risk Pricing teams to align with business objectives.

Requirements:

- Non-life insurance experience is essential.

- Strong expertise in GLM modeling and street pricing using Emblem, Radar, Earnix, or similar tools.

- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, or Python for data analysis and pricing models.

- Line management experience is desirable.
