In this exciting role, you’ll fulfil a collaborative and pivotal role in leading and implementing our business-to-business marketing strategies across B2C and B2B business models.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and build WordPress website
- Experienced in using all major ad platforms – as well as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Data Studio
- Creation, updating and maintaining of all corporate documentation including brochures, slide decks using Adobe Creative Suite
- Market trend and audience research for B2B and B2C strategies
- Assist in delivering a digital strategy including creation of digital content, email marketing and online advertising for our recruitment team
- Proven expertise in PPC, particularly Google Ads, to champion and model best practices
- Work collaborative with Sales team using HubSpot, LinkedIn, our sales CRM and other tools and apps, ahead of tracking responses and creating insight reports
- Develop talent attraction strategies to promote opportunities and generate high levels of candidate applications
- Partner with our in-house Social Media Executive to develop our website, sales materials and online and collateral and other relevant content, imagery and literature
- Work closely with our CEO and wider Senior Team to create tailored messages and reach out on their behalf to other business leaders to help create a relevant and strong network of likeminded businesses
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Essential, UI & UX, HTML & CSS, After Effect or Premier Pro & Indesign
- WordPress web-development and design experience
- Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Google Ads
- HubSpot knowledge desirable
- Managing PPC for our website
- An analytical thinker who is highly organised, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Be able to work to tight deadlines and be organised in your approach in a fast-paced environment on you own initiative. Quickly adjusts to changes in priorities, strategies, or industry trends
- Works effectively in cross-functional teams, values input from others
- Proactively identifies challenges and implements strategic solutions, leveraging both analytical insights and creative thinking to overcome obstacles
- Attention to detail in all aspects of work, from campaign execution to data analysis and reporting
- Up to £40,000, based on experience
