About the role:

The Cronos Labs ProdOps team is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate to join our fast-paced and growing team. The ProdOps team is the glue that ties together all activities related to the smooth launch and maintenance of world-class products. The team consists of multifaceted team members who act as control towers with multiple business partners to plan a product's delivery and maintenance stage, working in strict unison with the product management team and the rest of the software development team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, marketing materials, and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs) for efficient onboarding and execution.
• Act as a central point of contact to coordinate with various teams (engineering, marketing, community management) and external partners to achieve product goals.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the development lifecycle to ensure operational feasibility, maintainability, and seamless user experience.

More experienced candidates will be considered for the senior role with added responsibilities including:

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist with extracting and analyzing data to inform product decisions and measure performance.
• Proactively stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in product operations, specifically within the blockchain and DeFi space.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a product-related role (operations, product management, product support).
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g. Jira) and comfortable working with technical documentation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Knowledgeable in operational system implementation and process re-engineering.
• Strong business acumen with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in the blockchain/DeFi industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must while Chinese Mandarin will be a big plus.
