About the Role:

CloudMarc is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Analyst with mandatory claims experience to join our team. This is a fully remote role based in the Philippines, offering an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects with a dynamic and innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts specific to claims processing systems.
• Perform functional, regression, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Validate claims workflows, adjudication processes, and payment accuracy to meet regulatory and business requirements.
• Identify, document, and track defects using test management tools, collaborating closely with developers and business analysts to resolve issues.
• Ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements and risk assessments.
• Work within Agile and Waterfall environments, contributing to sprint planning and backlog grooming.
• Provide test reports, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support test automation initiatives where applicable.

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in claims testing – ideally in insurance, healthcare, or financial services domains.
• Strong expertise in manual testing methodologies with experience in automation being a plus.
• Experience working with claims processing platforms and their integrations.
• Solid understanding of API testing, database validation (SQL), and data reconciliation.
• Proficiency in defect tracking tools such as JIRA, ALM, or similar.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end testing of claims workflows including adjudication, validation, and settlement.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into structured test cases.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
