Principal Software Engineer in SWEDEN

We're recruiting a Principal Software Engineer on behalf of our client in Stockholm.

This is a remote-friendly position for candidates located anywhere in Sweden. Unfortunately, we are unable to support relocation or visa support.

The role:-

You'll be working with an exciting scale-up that builds a delivery platform for e-commerce clients, offering smart and sustainable delivery solutions. As a Principal Engineer, you will be the technical lead for one of their engineering teams, building a new application that is used by some of Sweden's largest retailers. You'll need to demonstrate your expertise working with large-scale systems, mentor and coach other developers and possess excellent technical leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering
• Highly competent in backend development, ideally with Golang.
• Experience in cloud-based solutions with GCP, AWS or Azure.
• Proven experience in technical leadership.
• Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to Have:-

• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with Terraform and/or Kubernetes
• Knowledge in Domain Driven Design (DDD)
