About the Role
We're looking for a Support Engineer in an EU time zone to provide critical assistance to our clients on weekends and holidays. This remote position requires weekend and holiday shifts, to ensure our customers receive timely and effective support.
Vast.ai users or hosts preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to customers via email, chat, and phone
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our GPU rental platform
Collaborate with the development team to escalate and address complex technical problems
Maintain and update support documentation
Monitor system performance and report any irregularities
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage
You Are
A self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Adaptable and willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Passionate about AI and its potential to transform industries
To be successful as a Support Engineer, you should have a strong understanding of Linux, running AI workloads and general problem solving ability.
Qualifications
Strong technical background with experience in cloud computing, GPU technologies, or related fields
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Fluency in English
Experience with Linux operating systems
Familiarity with AI, Vast.ai and machine learning concepts
Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
