Experience

Strong Rust or Golang
Experience designing, implementing and maintaining scalable and reliable backend infrastructure
Experience building with AWS, GCP, Azure with Docker/Kubernetes
Experience building from the ground up

Nice-to-have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Distributed Systems, Cryptography (or Blockchain is a plus)
