Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy decentralized applications (dApps), smart contracts, and blockchain protocols.
- Architect and implement secure, scalable blockchain solutions for public, private, or hybrid networks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate blockchain technology into existing systems.
- Audit and optimize smart contracts for security, efficiency, and gas cost reduction.
- Research and implement consensus algorithms, cryptographic protocols, and token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721).
- Maintain and troubleshoot blockchain nodes, networks, and infrastructure.
- Stay updated with advancements in blockchain frameworks, Layer 2 solutions, and regulatory trends.
- Document code, system architecture, and processes for transparency and scalability.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in blockchain development and architecture.
- Proven expertise with blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Hyperledger) and decentralized technologies.
- Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and Web3 protocols.
Skills:- Blockchain Development: Solidity, Rust, or Go > 3 years | Smart contract development (Truffle, Hardhat, Foundry)
- Blockchain Platforms: Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, Polkadot, or Cosmos > 2 years
- Cryptography: Public/private key encryption, Merkle trees, zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs)
- Tools & Frameworks: Web3.js, Ethers.js, Substrate, or Chainlink > 2 years
- APIs & Protocols: REST/GraphQL for blockchain integrations, IPFS, The Graph
- Database: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or blockchain-indexing tools (e.g., The Graph) > 2 years
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) for node management
