We are now looking for a driven PR Specialist to own our podcast outreach efforts and help secure 1-3 high-quality podcast bookings per client every month.

About the Role
As a Freelance PR Specialist, you’ll be responsible for pitching and securing podcast interviews for our CEO clients. You’ll collaborate closely with a Research Specialist (who identifies relevant podcast opportunities), a fellow PR Specialist on our team, and Client Engagement Specialists (who support the process).
What You’ll Do:

What You Bring to the Table
✅ Proven outreach experience (PR, sales, podcast booking, media relations, or similar)
✅ Sales-oriented mindset – you know how to persuade, connect, and close
✅ Mega-organized – you thrive in structured, high-volume outreach environments
✅ Strong relationship builder – you can engage and maintain connections with hosts
✅ Excellent written English – your pitches are short, compelling, and effective
✅ Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – you’ll be using databases, tracking tools, and spreadsheets
✅ Passion for Thought Leadership – you should be in awe of the leaders we work with (not hard to do - our clients are incredible impressive)
