Job Summary

As a Solutions Architect at Lynqius, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define business requirements and technical needs.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing architectures for software applications.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Assess existing systems and recommend improvements, optimizations, or migration strategies.
• Ensure that solutions comply with security, compliance, and industry standards.
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless implementation.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with architectural decisions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to enhance Lynqius’ offerings.
• Assist in pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise, solution proposals, and client presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in backend and frontend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience with API design, DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of databases (SQL & NoSQL) and best practices in data management.
• Understanding of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and infrastructure best practices.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and drive architectural decisions.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise software architecture and large-scale system design.
• Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI/ML integration in software solutions.
• Prior experience in IT outsourcing or consulting firms.
