For which tasks?


  • Lead and align the analytics team to focus on high-impact projects that drive significant improvements in game performance.
  • Ensure optimal staffing within the analytics team, fostering an environment that supports professional growth and empowers team members to deliver their best work.
  • Drive the strategic and operational use of data, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making and provide actionable insights that enhance overall business outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and user acquisition (UA), to ensure that data-driven decision-making is at the core of the company's growth strategies.
  • Actively contribute to the formulation and refinement of game strategies, providing data-backed insights to influence product direction and marketing efforts.
  • Champion a data-driven culture across the organization, promoting data literacy, establishing best practices, and ensuring consistent application of data across teams.

We're looking for a candidate with :


  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring a team of analytics professionals.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of translating complex data into actionable insights.
  • A solid mathematical background, proficient in probability theory and applied statistics.
  • English level B2 or higher.



Our tech stack:
  • Python and any tool under the Google Cloud stack are at your service;
  • BigQuery;
  • Tableau.
