About Us

At King's Entertainment Inc., we’re on a mission to revolutionize online entertainment. Our upcoming Social Casino project is set to launch in April 2025, and we are expanding our HR team to support our growing workforce. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist to help manage recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance.


Job Summary

The HR Specialist will oversee various human resource functions, including recruitment, policy development, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company objectives.

Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.

Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.

Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee growth.

Handle HR administrative tasks, including payroll coordination, benefits management, and contract administration.

Contribute to employer branding strategies to attract top talent in the gaming industry.

Stay updated on HR trends, labor laws, and industry best practices.


Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote setting.

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.

High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
