For one of our clients in the Insurance Segment, we are looking for a Business Analyst with Insurance background (Commercial insurance preferable)
Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will be accountable for:
- Data Science: Supporting the Data Science with their changes, owning and ensuring Service Fundamentals are effectively managed for the Data Science teams with their projects and AI projects
- NBA: Supporting the Digital area improvements and automation of existing manual ops UW or Broker activities
- Schemes: Supporting the implementation of Ops UW processes into Salesforce workflows
- Other regular BA activities
Mandatory Skills Description:
• Minimum of 5 years of "Business Analysis" experience
• Experience of Insurance (GI - Commercial insurance preferable; Insurance Commercial Schemes)
• BA skills (self-sufficient, does not need close guidance / hand holding)
• Data Science and AI
• Governance / Service Fundamentals (protecting service when implementing changes/projects)
• Acturis system
• Salesforce workflows
• Experience of multiple projects
• Agile
