Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Fulcrum and Zoho platforms
Customize and integrate Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics) to meet the specific needs of the business
Leverage Fulcrum for building and managing field data collection and workflow solutions, ensuring efficient project management and data accuracy
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and propose solutions using Zoho and Fulcrum technologies
Create and optimize database structures and queries to ensure data integrity and high performance
Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that adheres to industry best practices
Develop APIs and integrations between Zoho and other third-party systems
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Fulcrum and Zoho-related issues
Perform system upgrades, patches, and other maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operation
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends related to Fulcrum and Zoho platforms
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Professional software development experience, with a focus on Fulcrum and Zoho platforms
Experience with Fulcrum: Familiarity with the Fulcrum platform for building mobile field applications, data collection, and reporting
Experience with Zoho: Hands-on experience with Zoho Suite (Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, etc.) and knowledge of their APIs for integrations and customization
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, or similar
Proficient in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party integrations
Experience with version control systems such as Git
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Zoho Deluge scripting for workflow automation and customization
Knowledge of Fulcrum API for custom application development and integration
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure
Previous experience in building and deploying mobile-first applications
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and version control tools
