WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Marketeers effectively spread the word: In the Marketing Team we shape a brand that stands for the democratisation of wealth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Own customer acquisition strategy and budgets for TV, Online Streaming Platforms (i.e. Amazon, Netflix, DAZN, etc.) and Out of Home across all Trade Republic markets.
- Drive impactful campaigns from planning to execution, ensuring seamless end-to-end management.
- Build scalable processes to streamline Offline campaigns, their setup, execution, and performance assessment.
- Establish best practices for campaign management, optimising performance across all channels.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with top-tier local agencies to drive market success.
- Collaborate across Growth teams to identify and execute high-impact initiatives.
- Leverage data and analytics tools to measure, optimise, and refine campaign effectiveness.
- Automate cost and performance tracking to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
- Elevate the Trade Republic brand, driving awareness, engagement, and long-term growth.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- +5 years of experience in Offline marketing and customer acquisition in a direct-to-consumer and/or app-based business
- Profound knowledge on offline media landscape in Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Portugal and Spain
- Analytical mindset – you are experienced with automating reports and confident in excel, SQL (not a must)
- Demonstrated experience of all aspects of campaign management including planning/testing, creative development, and ongoing optimization
- Strong grasp over offline agency landscape
- Expert in offline measurement methodologies and tooling, i.e.TV Squared, Casual Inference, MMM
- You are proficient in English
