- Base: $170,000 - $220,000

What We're Looking For
Product Leadership:
- Track record of building successful product features
- Strong product sense and user empathy
- Experience with AI/ML products (technical expertise not required)
- History of improving key product metrics
- Ability to drive feature consensus and execution
Deep Generalist Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Experience across multiple technical domains
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration
Impact Focus:
- Track record of driving measurable results
- Experience building products for millions of users
- Data-driven approach to product development
- History of successful feature launches
- Strong stakeholder management ability
Required Experience
- 6+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years leading product teams/features
- Track record shipping successful consumer products
- Experience with AI/ML products in production
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Experience contributing to international product development
