About the Role
At CoverGo, we help insurance companies and banks to make insurance 100% digital, so they can serve their customers better. We build a platform which adapts to their needs as they grow.
Our clients want to be able to change frontend easily without needing to code it and even without being dependent on us. By adding more and more low-code and no-code tools we allow business people to be in charge. Clients are choosing us because we can deploy everywhere and we have a modern tech stack, not a legacy system.
At CoverGo you will solve complex customer problems and deliver solutions that people will talk about.
What You Will Do
Lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring high-quality designs and user-centered experiences
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product vision, and drive design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and concepts
Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions
Listen, observe and understand the pain points and root causes. Know and empathize with every customer thoroughly. Care to help ease the burden of others
Propose best long-term solutions and deliver value ASAP
Understand all active flows for every offering, on all interfaces
What We Need
Strong portfolio showcasing your past work and design thinking process
History of discovery and ideation and aligning the group around a vision and approach
Proven track record of designing completely new experiences and end-to-end features, and working with product teams to ship successful products
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience leading design projects or teams, with the ability to guide and inspire others
Experience in a high growth Agile environment
Experience in Figma is required
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and attention to detail
Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable but not mandatory
