As a Global Mobility Specialist you’ll manage end-to-end processes for international assignments, ensuring that all assignees of the ALDI SÜD HOLDING have a great experience
You’ll provide support and guidance to employees and their families throughout the relocation process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transition
You’ll coordinate the immigration processes with the external providers, ensuring timely and accurate visa applications, work permits, and compliance with local laws
Ensuring the correct data entry in the internal mobility tool, maintaining their completeness and accuracy are part of your responsibilities
You’ll collaborate with external vendors to provide relocation and compliance services
You’ll monitor and control mobility-related payments and expenses, supporting the Payroll team
Additionally, you’ll work on a wide variety of projects, both domestic and international and provide global mobility guidance
Your Profile
The requirements for this position:
You have completed your studies with a business orientation, administration or similar
You have professional experience in the field of global mobility
A service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are your strong points
You possess very good English skills
Structured, solution-oriented and independent describe you way of working
Knowledge of Austrian immigration/social security/tax law/double taxation agreements is a plus

Gross annual salary starting from € 54.300,- *
