We are seeking an experienced Studio Manager to join a leading B2B solution provider at their gaming studios in Bucharest, Romania. Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Supervision: Oversee and manage daily studio operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance while guiding and supporting team leaders.
  • Strategic Workflow Design: Design and implement strategies to enhance operational workflows and processes, driving productivity and quality.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Inspire, lead, and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of quality across teams, processes, and initiatives to deliver exceptional results.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance using key metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to align efforts and drive overall business objectives.
  • Cultural Leadership: Promote a culture of efficiency, compliance, and adaptability, ensuring all operations align with company values and goals.

Qualifications And Skills Required

  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English at a native or fluent level (C1), both written and spoken.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience gained through education, training, and relevant roles.
  • Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in management positions, demonstrating effective leadership and strategic oversight.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities with experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, effectively managing multiple priorities.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the gaming or entertainment sector is an advantage but not mandatory.
