Key Responsibilities
- Operational Supervision: Oversee and manage daily studio operations, ensuring efficiency and high performance while guiding and supporting team leaders.
- Strategic Workflow Design: Design and implement strategies to enhance operational workflows and processes, driving productivity and quality.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Inspire, lead, and mentor teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Project Oversight: Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold high standards of quality across teams, processes, and initiatives to deliver exceptional results.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate team performance using key metrics and KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.

Qualifications And Skills Required
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English at a native or fluent level (C1), both written and spoken.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience gained through education, training, and relevant roles.
- Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven success in management positions, demonstrating effective leadership and strategic oversight.
