B2B SaaS Marketing Manager in LITHUANIA

Spike Technologies is seeking a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager to join our Growth team. You will play a critical role in our content marketing, SEO, web marketing and social media activities and help build a high-intent pipeline for our API and GenAI products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content marketing campaigns including the creation of blog posts, web content, case studies, email campaigns, sales enablement and PR content.
• Implement SEO strategies to boost organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn and X, creating and scheduling engaging content.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.
• Analyze and report on marketing performance, using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and inform stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to continuously refine and evolve our marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing within the SaaS or technology sector.
• Proven expertise in content marketing with a portfolio of high-impact content that drives lead generation.
• Understanding of SEO best practices
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling content and present ideas effectively.
