As a Senior Technical Projects Program Director / Strategy and Operations Manager – Data Centre Operations, you will be at the heart of cutting-edge infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across a portfolio of high-performance data centers. You will play a pivotal role in developing scale-able solutions in electrical, mechanical, and control systems, working alongside world-class engineers, facility managers, and programme leaders.

Ideal Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in programme management.
• 5 years of leadership experience, with or without direct reports.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in a mission-critical environment such as data centres, hospitals, or power plants.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain high-impact communication standards across a diverse programme portfolio, ensuring transparency and efficiency.

• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Establish a structured approach to decision-making, prioritisation, and resource management, ensuring optimal deployment of people and technology.

• Shape Governance & Change Management: Define governance structures that enhance executive decision-making, proactively mitigating risks and dependencies.

• Innovate & Optimise: Identify opportunities to increase programme velocity and efficiency across multiple teams, ensuring sustainable growth.
