Tasks

  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Conduct market research to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Gather and prioritize user feedback to enhance app functionality and user experience.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a data-driven and intuitive interface.
  • Develop feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to manage product development cycles.
  • Ensure seamless integration with business intelligence tools.
  • Monitor app performance, analytics, and KPIs to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
  • Oversee end-to-end app operations, including deployment, maintenance, and customer support.
  • Optimize internal workflows and automation to improve efficiency in product updates and releases.
  • Manage partnerships with third-party service providers (e.g., API vendors, cloud platforms).
  • Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product adoption and retention.
  • Implement feedback loops between users and development teams to accelerate improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
  • Develop training materials, documentation, and onboarding processes for users.
  • Track operational metrics, SLA compliance, and overall app stability.


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar business environment (app experience is an advantage)
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or management-related field preferred
  • Great command of English, German or Russian is considered a plus
