Whom we are looking for:

We seek a Head of Human Resources to oversee and drive the HR function for diverse clients. This position requires a mid-level to senior HR professional with strong experience in HR software management, compliance, recruitment, and employee relations. If you are skilled in HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems and passionate about creating a supportive work environment, we want you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations, addressing issues and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and implement performance management systems and processes that support employee growth and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry regulations to mitigate risk.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to align with best practices.
• Utilize HR software tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems) to manage employee records and payroll.
• Provide HR support and guidance to multiple clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and HR best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Mid-level to Senior experience in human resources management.
• Relevant certifications in human resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are preferred.
• Proficiency in HR software tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems).
• Experience in multiple industries is preferred.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple clients and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and HR software.
