Job Overview


We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Recruiter to be part of our dynamic and diverse team, support our end-to-end recruitment globally in addition to supporting the talent management agenda. The position will report to the Talent Manager and will work together with other members of the People team, based in Amsterdam and Geneva.


Main Responsibilities


Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations and contract preparation
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Utilize various recruitment tools such as ATS (Bob Hiring), job boards, and social media platforms to attract high-quality candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Proactively identify and engage top talent through creative sourcing techniques, cultivate strong connections with candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience through clear communication and support
  • Coordinate and participate in career fairs, networking events, and other recruitment initiatives


Talent Management

  • Work with managers and staff members to ensure understanding and adoption of competency framework
  • Improve the process of self and manager competency reviews and creation of personal development plans
  • Develop individual profiles from performance results and development plans to support talent review process
  • Analyze talent data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement


Qualifications, skills and experience


  • University degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Talent Development, or any other related field
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in recruitment and talent development preferably in an international, dynamic environment
  • Highly organized and proactive with the ability to effectively prioritize work across multiple workstreams
  • Good team spirit and the ability to build, nurture and work effectively in teams and with stakeholders and able to interact with senior leaders of WBCSD.
  • Expert at building and collaborating with networks, establishes and maintains connections to provide information, ideas, expertise, and/or influence needed to achieve work goals.
  • Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and in HRIS & ATS ( Hibob & Bob Hiring is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written), fluency in Dutch/ French is an added advantage.


The position is full – time, fixed-term and is based in Amsterdam.
