Digital Analyst (relocation to Belgium) in PORTUGAL

We are looking for a skilled Digital Analyst who is willing to relocate to join our Client’s team in Brussels, Belgium.

As a Digital Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing customer behavior on digital platforms (web and mobile) and transactional data, helping to improve the bank’s digital and marketing strategies. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary team focused on driving meaningful business insights.

Your Responsibilities

• Data Analysis:
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights.
• Evaluate the evolution of digital platforms and their impact on business.
• Translate data into recommendations to optimize campaigns, improve the marketing mix, and coordinate business needs.
• Data Modeling & Visualization:
• Develop and maintain complex data models using SAS and SQL.
• Create engaging visualizations and reports using Tableau to present insights to stakeholders.
• Data Management:
• Build and maintain databases, data marts, and data warehouses.
• Conduct data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Collaboration & Governance:
• Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Contribute to the enhancement of data governance policies.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in digital analytics and visualization.

Your Profile

We are looking for an experienced Digital Analyst with:

• Experience & Expertise:
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital analytics.
• Proficiency in SAS programming language (Base SAS, SAS/STAT, SAS/GRAPH).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience managing and analyzing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau.
• Key Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in database design and data management techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with business and technical teams.
• Mindset:
• A passion for learning and staying updated on emerging industry trends.
