Graphics & Motion Designer in BANGLADESH

We’re growing rapidly and looking for a Storytelling Motion Designer to join our Digital Marketing Team—a creative visual storyteller who can blend design, animation, and narrative to captivate audiences. Visual Storytelling

• Conceptualize and create dynamic motion graphics that effectively communicate narratives and brand messages.
• Develop storyboards and animations tailored to digital marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media.

Brand Consistency

• Ensure all animated and static content aligns with Amralab Limited’s established brand identity and tone.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine and adapt brand guidelines for multimedia use.

Video Production & Editing

• Edit raw video footage and integrate motion graphics, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.
• Maintain high production quality standards across all video deliverables.

Innovation & Experimentation

• Stay updated on motion design trends, techniques, and software advancements.
• Proactively pitch new creative concepts and approaches to elevate the brand’s visual impact.

Team Collaboration

• Partner with content creators, marketers, and product teams to develop cohesive campaign concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a remote and fast-paced environment.
  

Proven Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in storytelling through motion design (portfolio/showreel required).

Technical Proficiency

• Advanced skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Bonus: Familiarity with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) or experience in directing live-action footage.

Design Fundamentals

• Strong understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and layout.

Narrative Mindset

• Ability to craft compelling visual narratives, from conceptualization to final production.
