The Role
We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join the APAC Postman team and deliver excellent service for a leading global SaaS company with millions of users. You’re not just solving tickets—you’re directly contributing to customer satisfaction and product growth. Your feedback will help shape how they improve features and troubleshoot complex issues. Whether you're mentoring, documenting new processes, or contributing to automation projects, you’ll have a direct hand in driving the company forward.
What you’ll get up to:
🔸 Becoming a technical expert on the Postman platform
🔸 Taking ownership of customer reported issues and seeing problems through to resolution
🔸 Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve issues
🔸 Working with engineering, product, and customer teams to ensure speedy resolution
🔸 Streamline process, run experiments, build/maintain internal tools, build POCs for users
🔸 Contributing to their FAQs, which serve as their customer’s knowledge base
🔸 Key metrics around CSAT, responsiveness, and # of iterations to a successful resolution
What you bring to the role
🔸 2+ years experience doing technical product support for a modern / SaaS product
🔸 Previous experience with API Development / SaaS products
🔸 Familiarity with key languages like JavaScript, Node.js, and PHP is highly valued.
🔸 Excellent client-facing skills
🔸 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🔸 Very comfortable with technical concepts, great analytical skills
🔸 Can explain how Postman works to a range of audiences
🔸 Familiarity with software products, basics of networking, fundamentals of REST APIs
🔸 Able to work asynchronously with a globally-distributed team
🔸 Familiarity with support platforms like Jira, Github, and Confluence
