Product Owner (f/m/d) Collaboration (Unified Communications & Mobile Devices) - Relocation to Frankfurt am Main, Germany
Your tasks:
- Our agile organizational unit "Building Block Enduser Workplace" supports IT staff and business departments in managing their diverse tasks.
- We are responsible for the IT workplace (Modern Workplace) and collaboration solutions
- You are responsible for a diverse portfolio in the area of "Unified Communications & Mobile Devices" and act as the main point of contact for our internal customers.
- Additionally, you coordinate the introduction of new features and the continuous development of existing applications.
- In your interface role between our internal customers and the Scrum team, you manage the assessment and prioritization of requirements in the team backlog, as well as development in the agile environment within SAFe.
- Furthermore, you support the creation of product visions and roadmaps in the Building Block Enduser Workplace.
Requirements:
- You have a completed degree in IT, business administration, or banking. Comparable qualifications and career changers are also warmly welcome.
- You bring extensive product and architecture expertise in the areas of IP telephony and collaboration solutions (especially Cisco Webex or M365).
- You combine this with several years of relevant professional experience and in-depth expertise in coordination, management, and agile collaboration—especially in product or software development.
- In addition to extensive knowledge of JIRA, you excel in field-specific methodologies, banking knowledge, and expertise in service or application design.
- You are fundamentally familiar with application development and operation (ITILv3) and also have leadership and project management experience.
- Additionally, you have strong abstract thinking skills, a wide range of knowledge in MS Office and SAP systems, and strong communication skills—also in English.
- Conceptual and strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and a clear customer focus complete your profile.
- You speak, read and write fluently in English and German
- You are willing to re-locate to Frankfurt am Main, Germany
