Job Description
We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our team and help us to maintain an effective workload.
Reproduce, analyze, and evaluate requests and their impact to resolve or escalate incidents as needed (remote only)
Communicate with other departments to resolve issues (remote only)
Monitor SLA compliance for incident resolution and escalate unresolved issues (remote only)
Serve as the 1st and 2nd line of technical support (L3 model)
Working schedule: night shifts (5 PM-1 AM, 1 AM-9 AM)
Qualifications
System administrator with proven hands-on experience in Office Infrastructure (1+ year)
Desktop OS administration and hardware management
Windows: Client OS support (Windows 10), Windows Server 2012 R2 (AD, GP, Print Services)
MacOS: Client OS support
Networking: DNS, DHCP, OSI model, routing & switching principles
