As we continue to expand our team and develop the Car IT division, we are looking for a skilled Embedded Software Engineer with expertise in Adaptive AUTOSAR, C++, Infotainment and Embedded Linux. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development of next-generation automotive infotainment systems using the latest embedded technologies and AUTOSAR standards.


Location: 100% Remote

Job Type: Full-Time 

Experience Level: junior OR Mid-Senior OR Architect


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize Adaptive AUTOSAR-based software for automotive infotainment systems.
  • Develop high-performance embedded applications using C++ in a Linux environment.
  • Integrate and debug software components in Embedded Linux and automotive platforms.
  • Collaborate with system architects, software developers, and hardware teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Work on middleware development, communication stacks, and vehicle network protocols (e.g., SOME/IP, DDS, Ethernet, CAN, LIN).
  • Implement performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of embedded systems.
  • Ensure compliance with AUTOSAR, MISRA, ASPICE, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety) standards.
  • Contribute to software architecture design and conduct code reviews, unit testing, and system validation.



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in C++ (C++11/14/17) for embedded applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Adaptive AUTOSAR (ARA, RTE, PSE51, SOME/IP, ara::com).
  • Strong knowledge of Embedded Linux, Yocto, QNX, or RTOS-based systems.
  • Experience with infotainment architectures, multimedia frameworks (GStreamer, Android Audio HAL), and HMI integration.
  • Familiarity with AUTOSAR methodologies, software stacks, and service-oriented architectures.
  • Understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Ethernet, LIN, FlexRay).
