We are looking for a Mid-Senior PHP/Laravel Developer to work closely with our US-based lead developer. You will be responsible for prioritizing and delivering new product features, triaging and fixing production bugs, and ensuring smooth deployments. The ideal candidate is self-manageable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the US lead to determine priorities, sizing, and timelines for new features.
Develop, test, and maintain scalable applications using PHP, Laravel, and Tailwind CSS.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Manage and prioritize tickets effectively to meet deadlines.
Work within an AWS environment to support deployments and infrastructure needs.
Maintain clear and structured code while following best practices.
Requirements
Previous experience (2 to 4 years) with PHP and Laravel.
Proficiency with Tailwind CSS for front-end development.
Experience working with AWS for cloud services and deployments.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage workload.
Mid-Senior level experience: able to work independently without extensive guidance.
English proficiency: No direct client interaction, but must effectively communicate with the US lead for planning and execution.
