PROJECT
Our Customer is a Swedish EdTech startup building a SaaS product designed to digitalize the educational workflows of preschools.
The project scope includes development of two mobile apps: one for teachers and another one for parents.
We are looking for a Test Engineer with experience in Mobile Testing to join the development team.
WE PROVIDE YOU WITH THE FOLLOWING EXCITING CHALLENGES
- Be the main responsible for testing on the project and product quality
- Estimate and plan test activities in the project
- Communicate with product owners, solution architect, designer and development team
- Do ongoing manual testing of mobile applications
- Test integrations with 3rd party systems
- Perform bug tracking and reporting
- Prepare test documentation
- Assist in requirements elaboration
WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 2+ years in software testing
- Hands-on experience in mobile applications testing (iOS & Android)
- Experience in testing web applications, knowledge of relevant tools
- Good understanding of testing theory, with a solid grasp of various testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience in test planning and estimation
- Proficient in test design, including the creation of test cases
- Experience in requirements analysis and clarifications.
- Experience with bug tracking systems, including the creation and verification of detailed bug reports.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with stakeholders
- Action-oriented and results-driven approach to problem-solving
- English: upper-intermediate
WOULD BE A PLUS
- Experience in being the primary QA on a project
- Experience in testing APIs and integrations
- Experience in working in a cross-functional and cross-border team
- ISTQB certification
