MultiplyMii is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong design background to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is 100% work-from-home and offers the opportunity to work on diverse, innovative projects from concept to completion, creating digital assets for websites, apps, and other systems.

Design Projects
In this role, you will:
- Build and evolve digital marketing properties, including websites, apps, blogs, landing pages, and internal systems.
- Ensure high-quality, seamless, and visually compelling user experiences that drive engagement and conversions.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable, impactful design elements.
Brand Management
- Maintain and improve digital brand guidelines in collaboration with the team.
- Ensure consistency and alignment across all design outputs.
Team Collaboration
- Work with UX/UI designers, developers, marketing, content, and other teams to align designs with business objectives and brand standards.
- Develop creative concepts across all aspects of digital interaction while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Platform Proficiency
- Utilize tools like Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator) for smooth design execution.
Adaptability & Process Optimization
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing updates to maintain innovative and effective strategies.
- Rapidly adapt to new tools, techniques, and technologies to enhance design outputs.
About You
Core Qualifications:
Experience
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Proven track record in digital design for web and mobile.
Skills
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and design principles.
- Bonus: Familiarity with After Effects for motion graphics.
Traits
- Attention to detail with a commitment to pixel-perfect designs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and inquisitive, with a proactive approach to solving challenges.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective presentation and collaboration.
- Upbeat, Goal-Oriented and Detail-Oriented
Portfolio
- A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX and graphic design is required.
Preferred But Not Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing industries.
- Knowledge of emerging design trends and AI tools for design.
