About the Role:
✔️ Focus on Sales Cloud configuration & optimization
✔️ Act as a key liaison between business users, IT teams & developers
✔️ Analyze business processes, data & systems to drive efficiency
✔️ Support the setup of the new Life Science Cloud
✔️ Create clear documentation (BRDs, user stories, process flows)
✔️ Engage with stakeholders in a dynamic, global environment
Who We’re Looking For:
🔹 2+ Years of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience
🔹 Exposure to commercial stakeholders' management
🔹 Strong project management and business analysis skills
🔹 Fluent English (Additional languages a plus)
🔹 Willing to relocate & work onsite 1-2 days/week in Germany
Nice to have:
➕ Salesforce Admin & Business Analyst Certifications
➕ Experience with Veeva CRM
➕ MBA or PhD in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
➕ Bilingual skills
