What You’ll Be Doing:

• Backend Development: Design and develop robust backend systems using Python.
• API Integration: Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with third-party services.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance for efficiency.
• Database Management: Work with and optimize databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Code Quality & Testing: Ensure high-quality, well-documented, and tested code.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience: 3+ years in Python backend development & related degree!
• API Expertise: Strong knowledge of RESTful API development (FastAPI, Flask).
• Async Programming: Proficiency in asynchronous programming techniques.
• Database Skills: Solid SQL knowledge and experience with database management systems.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively.
• Containerization: Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j).
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of messaging systems (e.g., SignalR, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, Celery).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience working on high-user-volume products.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a passion for knowledge sharing.
