What You´ll Do

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring timely and efficient staffing of positions
  • Source candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment agencies, and conduct initial screening to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Acting as the main contact point for hiring managers and candidates on all recruitment-related topics, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking candidates in internal tools, maintaining network with potential candidates
  • Collaborates with HR teams to align recruitment efforts with business needs
  • Involvement in local employer branding activities, attending job fairs and promoting job opportunities via social media channels
  • Supports the implementation of strategies to enhance recruitment communication, engagement, and feedback, aligned with global strategy

What makes you a good fit

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner, Recruiter, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, familiarity with social media recruiting as well as MS Office is a big advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization
  • Fluent in English and Slovak...
