What You´ll Do
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring, ensuring timely and efficient staffing of positions
Source candidates through various methods such as job boards, social media platforms, and recruitment agencies, and conduct initial screening to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Acting as the main contact point for hiring managers and candidates on all recruitment-related topics, ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the process.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking candidates in internal tools, maintaining network with potential candidates
Collaborates with HR teams to align recruitment efforts with business needs
Involvement in local employer branding activities, attending job fairs and promoting job opportunities via social media channels
Supports the implementation of strategies to enhance recruitment communication, engagement, and feedback, aligned with global strategy
What makes you a good fit
Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner, Recruiter, or similar role
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition strategies, and best practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, familiarity with social media recruiting as well as MS Office is a big advantage
Strong attention to detail and a high level of organization
