πŸ“ About the Position:

The Digital Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping their clients’ success across programmatic advertising channels. Candidates for this position should have a firm understanding of the current online advertising ecosystem (knowledge and experience in Amazon DSP a plus!), and should be extremely self-motivated, enthusiastic, passionate, creative, hardworking, and comfortable in a startup environment.


πŸ’‘ Role and Responsibilities

  • Set up campaigns focused on key performance indicators such as CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Track and monitor campaign performance, making adjustments for better results.
  • Perform ongoing optimizations to ensure consistent campaign success.
  • Develop customized strategies on Amazon DSP to meet client objectives.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insights and drive future strategies.
  • Produce clear, actionable performance reports for clients regularly.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on real-time data to improve outcomes.
  • Regularly check in with clients to maintain strong, proactive communication.


πŸ“Œ Skills and Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of hands-on experience in digital advertising. Amazon DSP experience is preferred, but not required.
  • A proven history of running highly successful programmatic campaigns, delivering tangible results and improvements in client KPIs.
  • Expertise in analyzing data, interpreting metrics, and using reporting tools to optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term success.
  • A keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, able to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with analytical and reporting tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms for data-driven insights.
  • Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, client satisfaction, and potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
