What Are We Looking For

Multiplymii is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in deciphering complex data, extracting meaningful insights, and providing actionable recommendations that will guide our business strategy and drive sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand our business objectives and data requirements. You will be responsible for gathering, cleansing, and analyzing website data, with a particular focus on ecommerce metrics and trends. By developing and maintaining efficient data pipelines, you will ensure continuous data extraction and transformation, enabling real-time decision-making.

This role is 100% work from home.

In This Role, You Will

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and data requirements.
• Gather, clean, and analyze website data, with a focus on ecommerce metrics and trends.
• Develop and maintain efficient data pipelines for continuous data extraction and transformation.
• Create visually appealing and insightful dashboards and reports for the leadership team using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business performance and optimize key metrics.
• Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in ecommerce analytics and contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes.
  
  

About You

Core qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-3+ years) as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Advanced skills in Excel, including macros and Power Query.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail, focusing on data accuracy and integrity.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of ecommerce metrics, online customer behavior, and market trends.
• Proficiency in Python, with automation experience being highly preferred.
• Experience managing RevOps, forecasting models, and complex statistical models.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality results within set timelines.
